We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Salesforce Reporting Analyst
to join our team. In this role, the
Salesforce Reporting Analyst
will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across the organisation. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Tableau, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind set, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement of reporting capabilities and data infrastructure.
We work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, offering 26 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Company Events and a commitment to Training and Development opportunities. We can offer this position as a hybrid role.
The Role:
Reporting & Dashboard Development
Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Tableau.
Optimize reporting processes through automation and best practices.
Maintain and improve existing reporting workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Data Integrity & Governance
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, working closely with relevant teams to improve data governance.
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyse complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that support KPIs, financial metrics, and client-specific requirements.
Present data-driven findings through clear, compelling reports and visualisations tools, inc Tableau, tailored to diverse audiences.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and conduct data quality checks regularly.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to implement reporting-related changes and enhancements
Translate business needs into technical reporting specifications.
Training & Documentation
Provide support and training to employees in interpreting and using reports effectively.
Develop clear documentation and user guides for reporting tools and dashboards.
The Person:
Proven experience in a Salesforce reporting or data analysis role, with deep knowledge of Salesforce reporting capabilities
Strong proficiency in building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards
Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including objects, fields, and relationships
Previous experience in a reporting or analytics role within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable
Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity and accuracy
Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
