We're partnering with a leading organisation in the energy and utilities sector to deliver a transformative Salesforce programme that will modernise customer engagement, streamline operations, and support sustainability goals. This is a build where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and design of the solution from the ground up.
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll lead the technical vision, working closely with stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions. You'll guide the build and design of Salesforce components, integrations, and automations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Define and deliver end-to-end Salesforce architecture for a utilities transformation
Lead solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Architect integration's with third-party platforms (e.g. billing, IoT, field service)
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure delivery quality
Document architecture decisions and contribute to governance processes
