Job Description
My client is looking for a skilled Salesforce professional to support major initiatives involving Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Automation, and AI tools (Einstein/AgentForce). The role involves working across IT, business, and delivery teams to design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Service Cloud:
+ Architect end-to-end solutions and integrations (e.g., SAP, Genesys) + Lead workshops, document architecture, and drive best practicesMarketing Automation Cloud:
+ Provide architectural support and documentation + Ensure integration with existing Salesforce Sales CloudCustomer Enablement Strategy:
+ Drive customer engagement architecture and automation opportunities + Develop PoCs/PoVs to improve workflowsSalesforce AI Foundations:
+ Stay current with AI advancements + Support integration of Agentforce and MS Copilot capabilitiesRequired Skills:
Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Automation Understanding of AI in Salesforce Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Genesys Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills
Location:
2 or 3 days a week in London.Outside IR35
