Salesforce Solution Architect - Financial Services
Location: Northamptonshire (Hybrid - 2 days a week on-site)
Salary: Up to 90,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
Type: Permanent
Join a major financial services firm delivering complex Salesforce architecture across regulatory and platform transformation initiatives.
You'll be part of a team of Salesforce Architects working alongside Developers, BAs, SI partner resources. The focus is hands-on design and build of scalable, secure solutions - customising Salesforce for complex use cases using config, APIs, and third-party integrations.
What you'll be doing:
Designing Salesforce solutions that meet enterprise and regulatory requirements
Leading technical workshops and driving architectural decisions
Contributing to ongoing platform strategy and technical governance
Supporting and mentoring delivery teams on best practice and scalable design
Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to align on outcomes
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
Strong hands-on skills in Salesforce configuration and development (Apex, LWC, APIs, integrations)
Experience in large-scale or regulated environments (financial services preferred)
Confident translating business needs into scalable, supportable solutions
