We are looking for an experienced

Salesforce Tester

to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in

Salesforce testing, automation, and validation processes

, along with exposure to the

pharmaceutical industry or pharma-based Salesforce projects

.

This role requires close collaboration with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and end-users to validate customizations, workflows, and integrations, ensuring that all solutions meet both technical and regulatory compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10 years

of experience in software testing, including

2-4 years in Salesforce testing

. Proven experience in

Salesforce functional and automation testing

(Sales, Service, Experience Clouds). Familiarity with

Tosca, Provar, or Selenium

for Salesforce automation testing. Good understanding of

Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and data model

. Experience with

API testing, SOQL queries

, and

data validation

. Sound knowledge of

SDLC, STLC

, and

Agile testing methodologies

. Excellent

communication, documentation, and analytical

skills.

Mandatory:

Experience working in the

pharmaceutical industry

or on

pharma-based Salesforce projects

. Understanding of

regulatory and compliance frameworks

such as

GxP and 21 CFR Part 11

is a strong plus. Knowledge of

JIRA, ALM

, or other test management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in

Salesforce or Tosca

is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of

Apex, LWC, or Visualforce

for technical validation. Exposure to

end-to-end automation frameworks

for enterprise-level Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze

business and functional requirements

to develop detailed

test plans, test cases, and test scripts

for Salesforce applications. Conduct

manual and automated testing

of Salesforce modules including

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

. Validate

customizations, workflows, process builders, triggers, validation rules

, and

Apex components

. Perform

integration testing

between Salesforce and third-party or in-house systems, ensuring accurate data exchange. Execute

functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

for Salesforce releases. Identify, log, and track

defects

using tools such as JIRA or ALM; collaborate with developers for resolution. Ensure all Salesforce testing adheres to

compliance and validation requirements specific to the pharma industry (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)

. Participate in

Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA strategy discussions

. Support

release management and production validation

for Salesforce deployments. Contribute to

test automation framework development

using tools such as

Tosca, Provar, or Selenium

.
