Sales & Lettings Negotiator

to join our successful team.

About the Role:

As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales and lettings forward, negotiating contracts, and delivering outstanding customer service to landlords, vendors, buyers and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct viewings with prospective buyers and tenants Negotiate offers and agree sales and rental terms on behalf of clients Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and applicants Manage property listings across online platforms and in-branch displays Guide clients through the lettings or sales process from start to finish Accurately manage and complete relevant paperwork and contracts Stay informed of local market trends and property values Collaborate closely with your team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Key Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Confident, self-motivated, and customer-focused Administrative accuracy and attention to detail Multilingual abilities are an advantage, but not essential Previous estate agency experience is desirable, but not essential

Pay: 27,000.00-40,000.00 per year
