About The Role
We are always looking to connect with highly capable and motivated Sales Negotiators, Senior Sales Negotiators and Associate's across our London Residential Sales offices.
Whether you're already established in your career or looking to take the next step, Knight Frank offers a unique opportunity to work across some of the most desirable areas in North, City & East, South West, and Prime Central London.
You will be responsible for managing buyer relationships, arranging and conducting property viewings, and progressing sales transactions through to completion. This role also involves working closely with your local team and wider London network to ensure a seamless client experience and excellent results.
Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily interactions with buyers, arrange viewings, and negotiate offers
  • Maintain accurate records on internal systems
  • Handle enquiries from various sources including online, telephone and in-person
  • Provide consistent and professional follow-up with buyers and sellers
What we're looking for
  • Experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator, or a strong background in a customer-facing sales role (2-5+ years)
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and close transactions
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
  • Strong knowledge of the London property market and awareness of current trends and local competition
