Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products . Present and demonstrate products effectively to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, prices, etc Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Achieve individual sales targets whilst contributing to team objectives. Handle customer enquiries professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Use our in house software for selling to clients. Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Carry out other duties as and when required.

Skills

Proven experience in sales or customer service is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs thoroughly. Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is advantageous. A positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning about our products and industry trends. Working hours

5am to 1pm (Monday to Wednesday, Friday and Saturday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
