Job Title: Salesman/Admin Assistant/Driver

Job Role Responsibilities:
1. Sales Responsibilities:
a. Identify and target potential customers for Rapid Mobility Limited's products and services.
b. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new clients.
c. Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
d. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
e. Provide product knowledge and information to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
f. Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor analysis.
2. Administrative Responsibilities:
a. Assist with general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries.
b. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
c. Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, invoices, and other necessary documents.
d. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth business operations.
e. Help in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
f. Handle administrative tasks related to managing customer accounts and updating customer databases.
3. Driver Responsibilities:
a. Safely operate company vehicles, including cars and vans, to transport products, equipment, or personnel as needed.
b. Ensure the timely and secure delivery of products to customers, following established delivery schedules and routes.
c. Load and unload merchandise, verifying the accuracy of orders and maintaining proper documentation.
d. Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs checks as necessary.
e. Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving and represent the company in a professional manner.
f. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, reporting any issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
4. General Responsibilities:
a. Uphold the company's core values and represent Rapid Mobility Limited positively in all interactions with customers and partners.
b. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, current pricings and company policies and procedures.
c. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline processes and improve customer experiences.
d. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
e. Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned by the management.
A full, clean, UK driving license will be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,000.00-27,000.00 per year
