We're looking for a confident, motivated Salesperson to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you'll meet customers in the showroom, discuss their requirements in detail, and adapt your approach to suit their needs. You'll also visit customers' homes to take accurate measurements, ensuring their design is tailored to their space and lifestyle. From the initial conversation through to closing the sale, you'll be a key part of turning their vision into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers to the showroom and provide expert product guidance.
Discuss customer requirements and recommend suitable kitchen or bedroom solutions.
Visit customer homes to carry out measurements and assess space.
Prepare quotes and follow up to secure sales.
Liaise with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project details.
Help keep the showroom tidy, welcoming, and reflective of our brand values.
Qualifications
:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar hands-on, customer-focused role.
Previous experience in kitchen sales, but also ideally within bedrooms, furniture, or similar sectors.
Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to adjust to customer needs on the fly.
Ability to draw basic plans or layouts is desirable.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel locally for home visits.
