Salesperson
to join our builders' merchant team. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be helping both trade professionals and DIY customers with the right products, advice, and service.What You'll Do
Serve customers at the trade counter and over the phone. Provide knowledgeable advice across our full product range (building materials, timber, landscaping, plumbing, tools, and more). Process sales orders, quotations, and handle enquiries efficiently. Work with the wider team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Build strong relationships with trade customers to encourage repeat business.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a builders' merchant, construction supply, or related trade sales role. A good all-round knowledge of building materials and products. Strong customer service and communication skills. Confident working in a fast-paced sales environment. Team player with a proactive attitude.
