Key Responsibilities
Talking to new and existing customers
Explaining our products/services clearly
Following up on enquiries and leads
Keeping basic records of calls, visits, and sales
Prepare monthly reports showing results, trends and ideas of improvement.
Working closely with the team to support business growth
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales is helpful, but not essential
Comfortable talking to people and building trust
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills
