Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current product offerings, features, and benefits. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Achieve individual sales targets whilst contributing to team objectives. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using company CRM systems. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and personal development. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required. A positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for helping customers find the best solutions. Pay: 50.00-250.00 per day
