Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services such as cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Provide specialised services including eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction.
Offer expert advice on haircare routines and product recommendations to clients.
Manage store operations efficiently, including front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and client reception.
Upsell retail products and additional services to maximise sales opportunities.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the salon at all times.
Assist in store management tasks as required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
Skills in barbering, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and colour techniques are highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds.
Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
Ability to mentor junior staff members and foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery.
