Requirements

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a

Salon Manager, Assistant Salon Manager, or Front of House Leader

in a hair or beauty salon. Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills. A passion for the hair & beauty industry and delivering exceptional client care. Sales-driven with the ability to motivate your team to achieve targets.

What you'll do:

Lead, inspire & motivate a team of stylists, receptionists & apprentices. Deliver a 5-star client experience every day. Drive sales, hit targets & keep salon operations smooth. Recruit, train & develop your team. Ensure excellent customer service and salon standards at all times.
