About the Role

Guinot Richmond is looking for an experienced and motivated

Salon Manager & Senior Beauty Therapist

to join our professional team.

This is a

hybrid position

offering the opportunity to combine

leadership responsibilities

with hands-on treatments as the salon continues to grow.

60% management duties

- team leadership, operations, KPIs, and business development

40% hands-on treatments

- facials, massage, waxing, and electrical face & body
Please note: The hands-on treatment element will be

temporary (approximately 6-12 months)

while the business grows. After this period, the role will transition into a

full managerial position

focusing on operations, leadership, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day salon operations: staff scheduling, stock, and appointments Lead, coach, and motivate the team to meet sales and service goals Perform a range of beauty treatments (including electrical face & body) Monitor performance and drive results against KPIs Maintain top standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation Resolve client queries professionally and ensure excellent service Promote Guinot retail products and client loyalty Support local marketing, social media, and client growth initiatives

Requirements

Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification

(including face & body electricals - essential)

5+ years' experience

in the beauty industry

2+ years' experience

in a senior therapist or salon management role Strong leadership, communication, and commercial awareness Passionate about client care and results-driven Able to work occasional evenings and Saturdays Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
