Join the incredible team at Beauty at the Bay! We're looking for an experienced Senior Therapist to join our growing salon.

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a a Senior Therapist who will be able to work as a team to provide the highest levels of customer care. You will work to ensure all clients are given the highest quality treatments and aftercare advice, and also support in promoting the salon, the services and facilities on offer.

Candidates must be able to build a strong working relationship with clients and use excellent customer service and people skills to retain a good client base. Individuals must also be able to work within our treatment timings, and build strong knowledge and understanding of our treatments and retail products.

Your responsibilities will include:

Waxing, including intimate Lash and brow treatments, including LVL Massage (deep tissue and hot stone) Facials (Dermalogica, Environ) Manicures and pedicures, including gels
Experience with these treatments is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Experience and Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

Holds NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Has at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist Is self-motivating, ambitious and driven to improve Works well within a team Is extremely good with people and communication Is organised and efficient Is honest and trustworthy
