Receptionist

to join our growing team in Newbury.

As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the salon. We're looking for someone who is warm, well-organised, and confident in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed Manage appointment bookings and answer phone/email enquiries Process payments and assist with point-of-sale transactions Support in promoting salon products and services Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and communal areas Assist with light cleaning duties and general team support as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (beauty or wellness industry is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
