Londora Nail Boutique is seeking a professional and service-focused
Receptionist
to join our team in Newbury. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth salon operations and delivering an exceptional experience to our clients.Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner Handle phone enquiries and manage booking schedules Process customer payments accurately Support product sales and promotions Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception and communal areas Work collaboratively with the team and assist with general cleaning duties when needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a beauty or wellness-related role is advantageous Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure Willingness to be part of a team and support all salon functions Punctual, reliable, and presentable
Compensation:
Paid at the applicable UK National Minimum Wage Rates may vary depending on experience and age bracket Flexible working schedule; weekend availability preferred Opportunities for future growth and additional responsibilities within the salon
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 11.00-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
Newbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
