PinkDiamond Catering is seeking a skilled and reliable Samosa Maker to prepare high-quality, handcrafted samosas for events, corporate catering, and dessert & snack sampling services. The ideal candidate has experience in samosa preparation, attention to detail, and a passion for producing consistently excellent food.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare samosa fillings (vegetable, meat, or specialty fillings) according to PinkDiamond Catering recipes and standards
Fold, fill, and seal samosas neatly and consistently
Fry or prepare samosas for cooking as required for events or orders
Ensure high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas
Assist with bulk preparation for large catering orders and events
Monitor ingredient quality and report shortages or issues
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience making samosas (commercial or home-based experience considered)
Knowledge of traditional and modern samosa preparation techniques
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and events
Team player with a positive attitude
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Experience in catering or event food production
Food Hygiene Certificate
Ability to prepare multiple filling varieties
