Grace's Bakery is looking for a sandwich maker to join our team! If you have experience working with food, enjoy working on your feet and you're particular about quality, then this could be the job for you!
Job Role and Responsibilities
:
Making and packing orders for wholesale customers across the Isle of Wight.
Sealing, labelling and packing sandwich products accurately and efficiently.
Making high volumes of sandwiches, toasties, rolls, hot dogs and wraps according to their specification.
Following instructions from the team leader.
Working effectively within a team to meet deadlines.
Maintain a consistent speed and quality of work.
Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene when working.
Keeping the work area clean at all times.
Maintain flexibility for covering holiday and absences.
We're looking for someone who
: Is comfortable working on their feet

Has a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Hours and Pay:
12.21 per hour
3-6 days a week (up to 6 days for holiday/sickness cover)
12 - 40 hours a week (up to 40 hours for holiday/sickness cover)
Any day Sunday to Friday
Shifts are variable and run between the hours of 11am and 11pm.
(This role is 'job and finish' so sometimes the department may finish earlier or later, depending on the volume of orders on that particular day)
Based at our Ryde Bakehouse
Contract Term:
Successful candidates will join us on an initial Fixed Term Contract (November to February) with the possibility of progression onto a permanent contract.
