Job Overview:
New Day Children's Services LTD, are a new and growing business who are seeking Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders to join their team at their Residential Children's Home in the SP1 Salisbury area and BA12 Warminster area.

Available shift patterns are:

24 hour shifts

- 10am until 1030am the following day - sleep in between 12am and 7am

Week 1: Monday. Wednesday and Saturday

Week 2: Tuesday, Friday and Sunday

Week 3: Thursday

Total of 43.75 Hours per week contracted salary of 28,437.50 - 31,850 plus sleep in rate of 60 per sleep in additional 6960 per annum - Total 35,397.50 - 38,810 (Sleep Ins included)

Duties:
- To provide a safe, warm and supportive home for our children to live in.

- To participate in activities with the young people and support their hobbies and interests.

- To ensure that daily documentation is completed for each young person.

Further duties dependent on job title, job description available for each role on request.

Preferred:
- Valid manual driving license required
- Experience in childcare or working with children is desirable but not essential dependent on job role applied for.

- Happy to complete or already in progress of the Level 3 qualification in residential children's services required for Senior Support Worker and Team Leader role.

In line with safer recruitment, there is a requirement for an enhanced DBS check to be completed for this role.
