We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sandwich Maker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and other food items in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to food safety standards. Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared fresh, presented attractively, and served promptly Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with food safety regulations Serve customers efficiently with friendly and professional behaviour Upsell additional menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities Follow all health and safety guidelines during food preparation and service Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies as needed

Experience

Prior experience in food preparation or working within a restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous Basic maths skills for handling transactions and portion control are required Experience in kitchen operations or culinary arts will be beneficial Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods Ability to work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
There could be more hours available when covering holiday.

This will be a 3 to 4 days week.( including a saturday)

Opening hours are between 8 and 4pm.

No evenings

No late nights

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.41 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
