My Client is a global leader in the delivery of offshore projects and services for the energy industry. We make offshore energy transition possible through the continuous evolution of lower-carbon oil and gas and by enabling the growth of renewables and emerging energy.
We are looking for a SAP Finance Solutions Team Lead to join our team at the Aberdeen office on an initial 12 month Fixed term contract.
The SAP Finance Solutions Team Lead reporting directly to the Subsea Global SAP Manager, will oversee the day to day operations for the SAP support team for Finance functions (FI/CO, VIM, Concur, Blackline), ensuring co-ordination of activities and supervision on support calls, change request and project priorities.
The SAP Finance Solutions Team Lead will work closely with the Global SAP Manager, SAP HR Team Lead and SAP SCM & Operations Team Lead to ensure alignment on the goals and objectives for the Subsea 7 SAP Team.

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for managing a team of specialists providing support for the SAP ECC6 application, ensuring the integrity of the system, implementing projects, and supporting upcoming S/4 HANA implementation project from the ECC6 perspective.
• Work closely with the Sap Specialists and third-party support providers to deliver robust and \'fit for purpose\' solutions.
• Work with Global SAP Manager and other SAP Team Leads in roadmap planning & delivery.
• Prioritise change requests and incident tickets for FI/CO, VIM, Concur and Blackline
• Provide necessary input & support to end users - countries supported include UK, Norway, US, Mexico, Brazil, Asia Pacific, France, and Africa.
• Assist with the translation of business requirements into SAP functionality and manage the expectations of the business where appropriate.

What experience would we like you to have?
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPEREINCE
Essential:

• Cross functional knowledge of SAP and associated business processes focused on SAP FI/CO and VIM
• Strong experience of integration points across all SAP domains including the following modules: FI/CO, MM, PS, VIM etc.

Desirable

• SAP certification in defined module(s).
• Working and configuration knowledge of Concur
• Working and configuration knowledge of Blackline
• Working knowledge of SAP BFC.
• Good knowledge of SAP technical architecture.
• Relevant SAP consulting & team management experience.
• Change management awareness and adherence is key to success in the role.
• Candidate who is conversant with statutory compliance trends globally.
