We are urgently looking for SAP PP/QM Solution Architect

Role: SAP PP/QM Solution Architect

Contract Type: 450 - 500 Inside IR35

Location: 2-3 days in London

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP/QM (Production Planning / Quality Management) Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions for manufacturing and quality processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of SAP PP and QM modules, integration experience with other SAP modules (like MM, WM, SD, PM), and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the solution design, blueprinting, and configuration of SAP PP and QM modules.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP best practice solutions.

Define and oversee end-to-end architecture, including integration with MES, WMS, and other third-party systems.

Drive Fit-Gap analysis, functional specifications, and system design documentation.

Work with stakeholders to ensure business process alignment and solution fit.

Support data migration, system testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MM, SD, PM, FI/CO, and Basis teams.

Provide guidance on SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, including greenfield, brownfield, or selective migration paths.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (especially for industries like pharma, automotive, or food).

Mentor and guide SAP consultants and business analysts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in SAP, including 8+ years in SAP PP/QM and 5+ years as a Solution Architect.

Hands-on configuration and implementation experience in SAP PP (Discrete, Repetitive, and Process Manufacturing) and SAP QM (Inspection Plans, Notifications, Quality Certificates).

Deep understanding of Shop Floor processes, Batch Management, Serial Number Management, and Quality Processes.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA (1909 or higher) strongly preferred.

Knowledge of IDOCs, BAPIs, Interfaces with MES/SCADA, and SAP Fiori apps.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to lead workshops, engage with C-level stakeholders, and manage client expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP PP/QM Certification.

Experience with tools like SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, ServiceNow.

Industry experience in automotive, pharma, FMCG, or manufacturing.

Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Pay: Up to 500.00 per day
