We are seeking a

Senior SAP Programme Manager / Delivery Lead

to lead the delivery of a major SAP transformation programme for a leading UK retailer. This role involves managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams across a complex SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full lifecycle SAP programmes (S/4HANA, ECC, Cloud, integrations) Oversee delivery using Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies Engage senior stakeholders across business and IT (including C-suite) Establish governance, chair steering committees, and manage reporting Manage third-party vendors and system integrators Build and lead cross-functional teams (PMs, BAs, consultants, change managers) Drive change management and business readiness Identify and mitigate risks and issues

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years SAP programme/project management experience Proven track record in complex, multi-vendor SAP environments Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Cloud solutions, and integrations Proficient in project delivery frameworks (Activate preferred) Excellent stakeholder and communication skills Experience in consulting and retail sectors is advantageous
