Salary budget: Up to EUR12,133 per month

Working mode: Hybrid (estimate WFO 2 days per week)



Experience: 10+ years (including minimum 5 years in ServiceNow)

Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Architect

to lead and drive strategic initiatives across our ServiceNow landscape. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ITSM, FSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow development, and capable of designing and implementing solutions that enhance platform capabilities. This role will have a strong focus on portal experience, platform architecture, and AI-driven enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, FSM, and CMDB modules Architect and oversee the

Experience Portal implementation

project to enhance end-user engagement Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and design scalable, secure ServiceNow applications Enable and drive

AI adoption

and explore new platform capabilities to enhance operational efficiency Provide architectural guidance and hands-on support to development and operations teams Ensure alignment of ServiceNow strategy with broader enterprise architecture Monitor performance, perform platform tuning, and maintain platform health Work closely with ServiceNow developers to design custom applications and integrations Establish and enforce best practices for coding, performance, and security within the ServiceNow environment

Required Skills & Experience:



Strong experience in

ServiceNow Service Management

and

Operations Management

Proven background as a

ServiceNow Developer

with in-depth understanding of platform architecture Experience designing and implementing

ITSM

,

FSM

, and

CMDB

modules Demonstrated success in leading

Experience Portal

projects in ServiceNow Familiarity with AI/ML integrations and capability-building within ServiceNow Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST/SOAP), and custom app development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications:



Certified ServiceNow Architect or Implementation Specialist Experience in large-scale ServiceNow transformation projects Exposure to agile delivery models and DevOps practices

Pay: 10,000.00-12,133.00 per month
