Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in SAP CRM Testing to lead our testing processes and ensure high quality deliverables across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, testing tools, and managing end to end testing processes. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and ensure that all relevant documentation (Requirements, BPSDs, SRs) is up to date and accurately reflects the testing impact assessment and scope.
• Manage the end-to-end testing cycle, including planning, preparation, execution, tracking, and reporting for multiple projects, ensuring adherence to testing processes and standards.
• Oversee the Defect Life Cycle Management, from identification and logging to resolution and closure.
• Manage changes scheduled for weekly and monthly releases, ensuring proper documentation of test scope and plans.
• Conduct Post Execution Reviews in ALM and ensure all MM controls are adequately covered.
• Perform Post Implementation Reviews, highlighting anomalies from testing SOPs and ensuring corrective actions are taken by RT Owners.
• Create and manage test strategy documents, test plans, and test reports, ensuring thorough documentation of testing anomalies and corrective/preventive actions.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels between business stakeholders, testers, developers, and management.
• Identify and manage testing related risks, analyze them, and prepare and implement mitigation plans.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP CRM Testing.
• Strong leadership in test processes, strategic planning, test automation, and testing tools.
• Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
• Experience in managing end to end testing processes and ensuring high quality deliverables.
• Proficiency in defect management and lifecycle processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with various testing tools and automation frameworks.
• Experience in managing SAP/ERP projects as a test manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in testing methodologies and tools are a plus.
