Saturday staff member required for busy Estate Agency In Bexleyheath with potential for overtime in the week. Must have good local knowledge of the Bexley Borough ( DA postcodes ) Ideally live within the local area and have flexibility to work overtime in the week to cover holidays etc.

Must have a full driver's Licence and use of own car. Petrol allowance given

Sales and Lettings Negotiator / Trainee

to join our team.

The role is to generate and book valuations, promote viewings of properties we have on the market, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers. In addition, you will be required to undertake property inspections in tenanted properties on behalf of our landlords, willing to learn knowledge of the current legislation and requirements to rent and sell a property.

What we are looking for:

Good Customer Service Experience Confident, positive and friendly A Full UK driving licence holder with their own car Work well in a team Excellent customer service skills Good level of competency in Math and English IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Digital Photos & Social media Good knowledge of the roads in Bexleyheath and local area This role requires learning an in-house software platform.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
