BabyBallers Chichester are excited to be launching in October 2025! We are developing our team and seeking an entertaining and fun person to help run our sessions with excitable groups of children.

As a BabyBallers coach, you will have the opportunity to combine your performing arts skills with your love for children, delivering engaging and interactive sessions alongside the head coach.

If you believe you could be an enthusiastic and organised assistant coach, we'd love to hear from you to join our team in Hove on a self employed basis.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with fun-filled football sessions to children aged 16 months to 5 years old in Hove. Engaging and inspiring children through imaginative play and creative coaching techniques. Developing fundamental motor skills, coordination, and confidence in young players. Creating a safe and inclusive environment where all children can thrive. Building positive relationships with children and their parents/guardians.

Requirements:

Experience in entertainment is ideal but not mandatory - as long as you have the personality, we can teach you everything else. A genuine passion for working with children and an ability to connect with them. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable. Ability to work well within a team and follow program guidelines. Prior football experience is not mandatory but is a plus. DBS will be required. Reliable transport options, or drivers license and own vehicle (unless close to location)
