About the role

We are looking to recruit a Weekend Showroom Host for our Brand New Volvo Dealership in Tonbridge (working hours are Saturday 8.30am to 5pm). You must have excellent telephone manner and have a pleasant and confident approach to meet and greet our customers

Primary tasks and Responsibilities:

Ensure the Dealership provides a warm, friendly and professional environment to visiting customers. Greets all visitors with a pleasant and courteous welcome on arrival Ensure that effective contact is maintained with showroom visitors during their stay. Ensure that visitors' needs are dealt with promptly and completely. Accurately record and pass all messages and information received. Ensure all telephone connections are made as quickly as possible to the appropriate personnel. Enhance the reputation of the Dealership at every opportunity when interacting with others.

About you

:

Experience and skills within a customer-focused environment. Calm and organised approach to problem solving, tackling stressful situations and handling a varied workload. Knowledge and experience of retailing operations. Capable of interacting with all types of visitors in a lucid, professional and pleasant manner. Embrace customer care and Customer Relations Management training and development.
