We are looking for a

Saturday Viewing Assistant

to help us create great experiences for our clients. If you're a people person who loves chatting and making connections, this might be the perfect role for you!

What you'll do

Welcome clients to property viewings with a smile and a friendly chat. Share information about the properties and answer any questions visitors may have. Keep the viewing area tidy and inviting. Help schedule and confirm appointments for viewings. Gather feedback from clients after viewings to help us improve.

What we are looking for

Great communication skills and a friendly attitude. Previous experience in customer service or estate agency is a bonus, but not essential. A team player who can also work independently. Organised and detail-orientated, with a knack for making things smoothly. Must be available to work Saturdays.
