Job Description

We are looking for a part-time, self-employed host to help run our outdoor sauna experience.

This is a physical, all-weather role requiring weekend availability, with early starts or evening finishes.

If you love the outdoors, being at the beach! and enjoy creating meaningful experiences for others, this role could be perfect for you!

What's Involved?

Preparing the sauna for guests: lighting the stove, restocking supplies, and cleaning. Hosting sessions: welcoming guests, giving safety advice, and ensuring a smooth experience. Managing changeovers: maintaining the space and keeping everything running on time. Handling customer queries via email and answering questions from passers-by. Closing the sauna at the end of the day and leaving the area safe and tidy. Chopping wood
What We're Looking For

Essential:

Local to Bude area, reliable, and able to work outdoors in any weather. Strong communication skills, physical fitness, and the ability to manage a wood-burning stove Comfortable with chopping and stacking wood. This can be taught but ideally you have done this activity before. Access to a vehicle/driver
Desirable:

First aid certification Lifeguard qualifications & understanding of tides An interest in hot/cold contrast therapy, sauna culture or leading saunas rituals / Sauna Master

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun
Hours

5- 30hrs per week at busy periods
Pay

Living Wage 12.50p/h 18p/h Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, Boxing Day, NYE & NYD

Must be 18yrs +
