We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional with a high level of experience in sauna and steam room sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Duties



Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients whilst actively seeking new prospects Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits Negotiate terms of sales agreements to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction Prepare sales proposals, reports, and forecasts for management review Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software

Requirements



Proven experience in a sales role or related field; previous experience in sauna and steam room sales is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus A valid driving licence is essential for visiting clients and attending events A positive attitude, resilience, and determination to achieve targets are essential qualities for success in this role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
