Overview
We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various saws and cutting equipment, with a focus on precision and quality. Duties
Operate circular chop saw, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Perform quality inspections on cut materials using precision measuring instruments. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of production goals. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to company safety standards. Ability to work in a busy environment.
Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or machining environments. Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations. Experience with tooling is advantageous. Knowledge of quality inspection processes to ensure product standards are met. Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
