Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Scaffold Builder ( Part 2 ) to join our growing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling scaffolding structures on various sites. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety throughout the duration of use Collaborate with other tradespeople such as roofers, electricians and solar installers to ensure seamless workflow. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to assemble scaffolding components accurately. Ensure all scaffolding is level, secure, and compliant with health and safety standards before use. Maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

Full clean UK driving licence Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project plans accurately Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to scaffolding and construction sites Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety compliance Relevant certifications or training in scaffold erection or working at heights are preferred but not mandatory

Pay: 17.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
