Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned scaffolding estimator who has an expansive contact list with demonstrable knowledge and experience, including those who are at retirement age, retired or looking to reduce hours leading into retirement. Freelance and remote positions also available.

Responsibilities

Aid in the procurement of larger scale scaffolding projects, including (not exclusively) tier one and specialist designed scaffolding in London and the U.K

Skills

Sound technical knowledge with an actual working understanding of scaffolding construction and dismantle from both a worker's and managerial stand point. An in depth and practical understanding of the challenges that operatives face while working on site, factoring this into pricing schedules, ensuring continuity for the scaffold gangs erecting and dismantling, managers organising and clients expectations with the delivery of projects within timescales and sensible budgets. Some, but not necessarily extensive, on the tools experience. Computer literacy with a good grasp of accurate verbal and written communication. Good organisational skills Accountability and openess Willing to work within and become a key member of an already high performing team
