Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Scaffold Labourer to join our team. You'll support our scaffolders on a range of commercial and residential projects, assisting with loading/unloading, erecting/dismantling scaffolds, and maintaining a safe working environment.
This role is ideal for someone hard-working, reliable, and keen to progress within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting scaffolders with erecting and dismantling scaffolding
Carrying, loading and unloading materials safely
Keeping sites tidy and organised
Following safety instructions and procedures at all times
Working as part of a team to deliver high standards on every job
Requirements
Previous site or labouring experience preferred (scaffolding experience beneficial but not essential)
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
Good attitude, timekeeping and willingness to learn
CSCS card preferred (not essential - we can support the right candidate to obtain this)
