The Role:
We are recruiting a Scanning & Data Analyst based at our Stoke office to help meet the growing demand for our scanning, automation, and digitisation solutions. We are looking for someone with determination, dedication and perseverance. Previous experience in a scanning role is not essential, as we seek people with the right characteristics to join our team. Teamwork, attention to detail and reliability are all non-negotiables in our business. Responsibilities:
Preparation of documents for large-scale scanning
Identifying, classifying and sorting documents according to customer specifications
High-volume document scanning utilising one or more workstations
Handling documents with care and attention
Utilising large format scanners, letter openers and other document-handling equipment
Rebuilding files where required post-scanning to allow for ongoing storage or return to the customer
Performing human-in-the-loop verification for Intelligent Character Recognition software
Analysing processed data to ensure it meets specific customer business rules
Onboarding and setup of new customer profiles in software platforms
Ensuring high performance and productive work to hit efficiency targets
General client account support
Feedback learning and market information to colleagues
Skills & Experience:
Good computer skills - MS Office and cloud-based web apps experience preferred
Practical experience with office equipment is preferred, e.g., scanners, printers, copiers, etc.
Experience in a professional office environment is an advantage
Exceptional organisational skills to ensure customers' needs are handled efficiently
Ability to work to targets and perform tasks efficiently
To work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Good eye-to-hand coordination
An ability to effectively multi-task
Good verbal communication skills
An aptitude for working well within a team
Understand, appreciate and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data.

Location:
Stoke-on-Trent Headquarters - Middleport, ST6 4DJ
Contract:
Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, working between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Part-time and flexible working considered for the right candidate.
