Location:

Based at Aspire's Coatbridge office, with travel to other service locations (access to your own car is beneficial)

Salary:

12.00 per hour, rising to 12.60 per hour (backdated to 01/04/2025 upon receipt of Government funding)

The Role:


We are currently seeking a detail-oriented

Administrative Scheduler

to join our team. In this vital role, you will help ensure seamless service delivery by coordinating staff schedules, managing communications, and supporting administrative functions within our health and social care personalisation services.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain staff rotas to meet individual support needs while ensuring compliance with working time regulations. Communicate clearly with supported individuals, their families, and staff to organise appointments and visits. Maintain up-to-date records of staff availability, leave, and shift changes. Distribute schedules promptly and effectively to all relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with service leads to address scheduling issues and maintain appropriate staffing levels. Manage incoming calls and enquiries efficiently and professionally. Provide support for on-call duties as required. Assist with referral queries by monitoring and communicating staffing capacity. Carry out general administrative and office tasks as needed.

About You - Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role, ideally within the health and social care sector. Proficient in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Skilled in problem-solving and adaptable to changing needs. Knowledge of working time regulations and a commitment to compliance. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and accurately.
