Scheduler

to join a well-established and reputable home care provider supporting clients across the community.



In this key role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing Care Professionals' schedules, ensuring clients receive consistent, reliable support that meets their individual needs.



What you'll do:



Build effective, person-centred schedules for clients and Care Professionals. Prepare and deliver weekly schedules, taking into account travel time, holidays, training, and last-minute changes. Match Care Professionals to clients based on compatibility and continuity of care. Liaise with clients, family members, and the care team to ensure smooth communication and quick problem-solving. Maintain up-to-date information on the scheduling system. Support onboarding for new Care Professionals and ensure ongoing training and compliance needs are met. Work closely with the recruitment and client services teams to ensure all care packages are fully staffed and efficiently managed.

What we're looking for:



Experience in a scheduling or rostering role, ideally within domiciliary care or a similar fast-paced environment such as logistics. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to stay calm and accurate under pressure. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A positive, team-focused attitude with strong attention to detail. Resilience, problem-solving ability, and a logical approach to work.
