Rock Revelations, a specialist in high-quality stone surfaces, is looking for a proactive and highly organised Scheduler to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our templating, production, and installation departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking in jobs and confirming details with clients
Creating and sending proforma invoices; managing deposits
Coordinating schedules with templaters and installersRescheduling jobs in response to customer or production needs
Logging and tracking job issues and following up with relevant teamsGeneral admin support, including maintaining accurate records and responding to client queries
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or admin-based role is desired
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasksComfortable working in a fast-paced environment
