About the vacancy:





Specifically, the Scheduler will plan and programme the work of the reactive repairs, external and major works teams within Property Services to maximize efficiency of the works delivery teams.



This includes:


Deliver, promote and support a 'right first time' agenda to achieve Hedyn's strategic objectives. Ensuring that customer engagement and participation is at the heart of all activities. Increase the Customer satisfaction on our repairs survey. Be responsible and accountable for resolving all repair enquiries ensuring that a Value for Money outcome is achieved.
