Do you have a proven background of working in a care scheduling role for more than 3 years? Do you have an exceptional eye for detail and problem solving? If you're a driven, empathetic individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills, we have the perfect role for you!
Home Instead is dedicated to providing personalised care tailored to our clients' needs. We're currently seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our Farnborough office. As a Senior Scheduler, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, coordinating our care assistants to best support our clients.

Your Role:
As a Scheduler, you will:

Match new clients with suitable care professionals based on their needs.
Maintain consistent schedules for clients and care professionals.
Facilitate introductions and shadowing for care assistants.
Efficiently schedule Care Assistants while ensuring flexibility.
Collaborate with other schedulers and care coordinators as needed.
Forward plan and problem solve issues that may arise.

Qualifications
About You:
You're our ideal candidate if:

You're positive, passionate, and motivated.
You thrive in team environments.
You have 3 years experience as a scheduler.
You're a driver with your own vehicle.
You're prepared for an Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us) and can provide references.
