What does it entail?
This person will be responsible for job scheduling and operational coordination for the Seal team. This team involves high standards of service delivery and customer relations and also supports with SLA compliance, resource management and team performance.
You will be based in our Stratford Office, liaising with our customers and field technicians to ensure we book installations, pre-planned and reactive servicing work in advance, and attended within a timely manner. You will also be part of a busy team ensuring that all follow up work is completed (e.g, pre-booking permits etc).
Working within a small customer contact centre environment with a team of schedulers
Answering incoming calls and managing bookings with customers
Ensuring optimum schedules for technicians - planning travel time, and any other factors which may impact on installations and servicing
Resolving customer queries
Supporting the service delivery and billing / finance teams providing MI and reports where necessary
What do we look for?
Experience within a compliance admin/scheduling/operational admin role essential
Previous experience working within a fast-paced office environment
Self-motivation

Strong organisational skills
Customer focused, enthusiastic and a confident communicator
Excellent written and verbal skills
Competent IT skills in particular Excel
Great administrative and organisational ability
Collaborative whilst able to work on your own unsupervised
