We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Scheduling Coordinator

to join our fast-paced civils team. You'll coordinate field teams, organise permits, and manage schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across North West sites. A great opportunity for those with strong admin skills or those looking to break into scheduling or utilities.

Key Responsibilities



Schedule field engineers to attend sites and resolve reported issues Organise permits, dates, and job bookings using internal systems Liaise with managers and engineers to keep workflows on track Ensure service level targets are met through efficient planning Manage shared inboxes and respond to engineer updates within deadlines Use systems like

Ideal Candidate



Strong admin background (civils, commercial, construction, or general) Highly organised with great attention to detail Confident using Excel and IT systems (basic level OK) Knowledge of North West geography (Lancaster/Wrexham ideal) Excellent communicator with a team-first attitude Able to work under pressure and handle changing priorities
