This is a full-time remote Scheduler role reporting to the Scheduling Manager. The Scheduler will be responsible for assisting the Service Co-ordinator with day-to-day operations of the Operations and Maintenance department. They will also communicate with customers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of service requests while keeping customers informed.

Main duties to include:

Experience in customer service Strong verbal and written communication Proven track record of delivering performance objectives through cross functional teams IT literate - experience of CRM and Scheduling software Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise workload
Personal Attributes:

Outstanding telephone manner with can-do attitude Excellent interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail Assist with answering day to day telephone calls and direct calls as required. Contact clients to arrange apartment servicing, plant room servicing and planned maintenance. Input dates / information into client software, for example, FixFlo. Organise meeting locations for work events such as strategy and team days. Raise Purchase Orders and request updates from suppliers on outstanding orders. Assisting the Servicing Co-ordinator to ensure all information on our systems is logged correctly and accurately. Log call outs from clients and pass information onto the Service Co-ordinator. Assist with remote monitoring and resetting faults during working hours. Maintain Operations and Maintenance filing structure. Sign customers up to our various packages, for example, HeatSupport. Full time position, salary circa 30,000 dependant on experience. Private Medical Insurance is offered to all employees once they've passed their probation period. 30 monthly contribution to phone contract. Quarterly Social Fund we've allocated 50 per person per quarter for team events and gatherings, to encourage engagement across teams. Electric Vehicle Scheme is available through salary sacrifice for employees to lease an electric vehicle while saving on tax and National Insurance reductions (after probation). 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays). Cycle to Work Scheme is available through salary sacrifice for employees to spread the cost of a new bike and accessories over 12 months.
