What is great about the role?

T? Croeso is a 10-bed supported accommodation that provides support to homeless individuals aged 18 and over. You will be working with a diverse group of people from varying backgrounds, some of whom may have experienced trauma and complex needs. Every day is different, you'll be learning new skills and have opportunity to work with a variety of agencies. We engage with the people we support through positive meaningful activities and provide a Psychologically Informed Environment. Your role would be working alongside the project workers promoting tenancy management skills to our clients and providing any other housing related support they may require. Your day will consist of:

Engaging and interacting with the people we support Supporting Project Workers in delivering workshops relating to tenancy management and health and wellbeing Welfare checks Dealing with challenging behaviours Addressing any additional needs, the people we support might have
Our aim is to ensure we equip these individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to live independently. You will work with a range of different personalities and behaviours so you will need to be able to adapt your approach to engage with a diverse cliental.

It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have a full drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
