Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Leadership Team with day-to-day admin tasks
Assist the Headteacher with a variety of duties
Welcome students, staff, and visitors to the school
Communicate with central teams like Finance and HR
Help manage and monitor school attendance records
Attend meetings with the Headteacher and take notes/minutes
Work with the Safeguarding Lead to help promote a safe school environment
Requirements
Confident using Microsoft Office 365 (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel)
An understanding of young people with SEND
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A commitment to promoting safeguarding across the school
A warm, friendly, and approachable personality
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
