We are looking for someone with excellent inter-personal skills, with a flexible approach to providing a high quality service in our busy school office. The successful candidate will be expected to deal effectively with the schools admissions process via Impulse, deal with a wide range of enquiries from visitors, parents, pupils, staff etc. Competence and confidence across a range of ICT systems is a key requirement. Knowledge of general office programs, word processing and maintenance of database records is essential and designing reports via the MIS. Knowledge of Arbor is desirable.
Experience of working in a school office and knowledge of school management information systems, communication systems such as ParentPay and Groupcall.
